SAMPLE Checklist of PPE and Sample Uses 

This is only a sample list.  Companies should customize it based on needs, tasks, requirements, etc.  

  • Use a list as an inventory tag on assigned or individual PPE BAGs 
  • Use  a sign or checklist where PPE is stored
  • Use mounted in service vehicles

OBJECTIVE:  Make PPE needed for the various tasks and services rendered accessible and give the tools to help the team keep themselves safe.
