Damage assessment course objectives: The Damage Assessment is the foundation of the project. A poorly assessed project will result in an in adequate Scope of Work and Workplan, ultimately having a negative impact on the project budget and performance.
The object of the Damage assessment section is to demonstrate industry best practices for assessing projects of all sizes. Students will walk through the assessment process including a case study of the 1993 Word Trade Center recovery project.
